Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange the product for another one for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.  

Any product you return must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging if possible. 

You will be responsible for paying all return costs and returning the item within 30 days of its purchase unless the reason for the return is that it has been damaged. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Please contact me before returning an item within the 30 day refund period. 

Please note that commission pieces are exempt from a refund.

If booking for a one to one reading or treatment there is parking available on my driveway, I will advise you once your booking has been confirmed on how to find me and where to park.
