  I am a keen advocate of the importance of looking after your

mental health especially in

this highly pressurised and

busy world we live in.  Which is why I

run a monthly Art & Mental Health Wellbeing Group in Warrington. 
This is a place where

beautiful souls come together

to take time out just for themselves.

I am a qualified Meditation Facilitator and I deliver Akashic Records meditations either one to one or in groups (in person or online).  
These allow you to enter your

Akashic Records yourself and

heal any blocks that may

be impacting your
